Air Canada is expanding its market by increasing frequencies into Sydney and resuming flights of Brisbane and Auckland. The changes will come into effect this year 1st May 2022. The airline stopped flying into these destinations in 2020. Now, Brisbane will see Air Canada four times a week from Vancouver from 1st of July 2022. Whereas, the flight will land thrice a week in Auckland from 12th november 2022.
From 1st May 2022, Sydney will welcome flights five days a week with the following flight schedule
- AC33 will depart at 23:15 from Vancouver and arrive at 7:45 in Sydney two days later.
- AC34 will depart at 9:30 from Sydney and arrive at 7:10 in Vancouver the same day.
From 3rd july 2022, Brisbane will have the following flight schedule on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
- AC35 will reach Brisbane at 6:35 and AC36 at 10:15 on every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
- The flight will land in Vancouver at 6:50 on the same day.
From 10th November 2022, Auckland will welcome Air Canada flights will operate in the following manner
- AC39 will depart at 22:45 from Vancouver and arrive at 10:05 in Auckland two days later. The flight operations will take place on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- AC40 will depart at 14:30 from Auckland and arrive at 6:30 at Vancouver. The flight operations will take place on every Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
