E-Visas Overview

E-visas are designed to save travellers from protracted and tiresome bureaucratic procedures and offer a substitute for visas granted at borders. Users can submit visa online applications for the nations they want to visit. If they match the requirements, those considering a visa can get their travel papers using the E-Visa system.  

Umrah Visa Eligibility

  • Religious Affiliation: Only practising Muslims can apply.
  • Age Requirement: Individuals applying alone must be at least 18 years old. Minors under 18 can apply with a parent or legal guardian.
  • Umrah Eligibility: Individuals aged five and above are eligible to perform Umrah.
  • Residency or Citizenship: Must have legal residency or be citizens of one of the 63 eligible countries or apply through an authorized agency if from other countries.

UAE Eligibility

  • Purpose of Travel: Vacation, tourism, visiting family or friends, attending a conference, business meetings, etc.
  • Visa Type: Only single-entry E-Visas are required for brief stays.
  • Travel Requirement: Entry via international airports only.

Umrah Visa Compliance

  • Strict adherence to Saudi regulations; any deviation may result in rejection.
  • The visa is valid for 90 days from issuance; overstaying incurs penalties.
  • Visa fees are non-refundable; additional expenses like accommodation are borne by the applicant.
  • Health and safety protocols must be followed; carry a doctor’s prescription if on medical treatment.
  • Legal compliance during the stay in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
  • Stay informed about any changes to terms.

UAE Visa Types

  • 30-Day Tourist Visa:

    This visa permits a stay of up to 30 days in the United Arab Emirates and is valid for 58 days from the date of issuance. This is a single-entry visa.

  • 60-Day Tourist Visa:

    This single-entry visa is ideal for job seekers in Dubai. The visa is valid for 60 days, with a stay duration of 60 days, and it can be extended up to 30 days with approval from the authorities.

  • 48/96 Hours Transit Visa:

    Passengers Traveling via Dubai can apply and is valid for up to 48/96 hours.

Application Process

  1. Submit Visa Application: Fill out the online e-Visa application form with personal data and requested information.
  2. Pay Visa Fees: Securely pay the Saudi e-Visa fees online with a valid credit or debit card.
  3. Receive Approved Visa: Upon approval, receive the visa.

Documents for UAE/Umrah E-Visa

  • Scanned passport copy (first and second pages)
  • Scanned CNIC/Smart CNIC copy (front and back)
  • A passport-sized photo
  • Attested six-month running bank statement
  • Visiting card or employee ID (if applicable)
  • Return flight ticket
  • Emergency contact details
  • Additional documents such as salary slips may be required

  • Once confirmed, tickets and services are non-refundable.
  • Changes in airfare, visa, or taxes are the passenger’s responsibility.
  • Additional charges imposed by authorities are payable by the passenger.
  • Currency exchange fluctuations are borne by the traveller.
  • Timely passport submission is crucial for visa processing.
  • Travel restrictions apply to those restricted from travelling abroad.
  • Adherence to airline baggage regulations is required.

Consequently, Sastaticket.pk will not be held responsible for any visa rejections or delays in visa processing.
  2. Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid to Sastaticket.pk for visa processing services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application. This includes, but is not limited to, service fees, visa application fees, and any additional charges incurred during the processing of the visa.
  3. Customer Acknowledgement: By using Sastaticet.pk’s visa processing services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms. The customer also understands that visa issuance is subject to the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate and that Sastaticket.pk does not guarantee the issuance of any visa.
  4. Communication of Decisions: Sastaticket.pk will communicate any decisions or notifications received from the visa issuing authorities to the customer promptly. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the application process to minimize the risk of visa rejection.
  5. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations of the visa processing service requested by the customer after submission of the application to the visa issuing authorities will not be entertained, and no refund will be issued.
  6. Documentation and Compliance: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all required documentation is complete and complies with the visa issuing authority’s requirements. Sastaticket.pk will provide guidance based on the information available, but the final responsibility lies with the customer.
  7. Indemnity: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sastaticet.pk and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the visa application process, including but not limited to visa rejections or processing delays.

By proceeding with the visa application through Sastaticket.pk, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Umrah Visa Passport Submission

  1. Passport Submission Requirement: To process Umrah visas, users may be required to send their passport to the relevant consulate. This requirement is determined based on the specific visa regulations for Umrah travel.
  2. User Responsibility: The user must physically present their passport to the consulate if required. Sastaticket.pk will not be held liable for any delays, issues, or inconveniences which may arise from this requirement.
  3. Additional Fees: Users may incur additional fees for the passport submission process, including but not limited to consulate processing fees, courier charges, and any other associated costs. These fees are to be borne solely by the user.
  4. Liability Disclaimer: Sastaticket.pk will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of the passport during the submission process.
  5. Travel Arrangements: Users are advised to plan their travel arrangements considering the time required for passport submission and processing. Sastaticket.pk will not be liable for any missed flights, travel disruptions, or additional costs incurred due to passport submission requirements.
